Bartley, 1993a [BAR93A]. Buds of two dwarf trees were imported from the Philippines into the Cacao Center, Costa Rica in 1965-1966 (Cacao Center Ann. Rep. 1965-66). It is unclear whether both type survived and if so, whether there any identifiers used to distinguish them. See Creencia, 1965a [CRE65A].
