CLM 91    Theobroma cacao

 Pound, F.J. (1943)
Cacao and witches' broom disease. Report on a recent visit to the Amazon territory of Peru, September 1942-February 1943. Archives of Cocoa Research 1: pp. 73-91.

Derivation: CLementina farm Mixed.
Collected by Pound.
Location: Dept. of Agriculture, Ecuador.

Notes:  Material labelled CLEM and CLM were previously believed to be the same (End et al., 1992) [END92A]. They are now know to be of separate groups of clones.

Pound, 1943a [POU43A] Progeny from a mixture of fruits, perhaps as many as six, from Hda Clementina, Ecuador planted at Marper Farm, Trinidad, 1939.

Bartley, 1996a [BAR96A]. See notes for CL and CLEMENTINA [ECU]. The code CLM appears to be used for the progeny from the "Mixed" parent trees mentioned by Pound, 1943b [POU43B].
