Location: Amazonas state, Brazil.
Almeida et al., 1995a [ALM95A]. AM 375 to AM 432 Leaves - Flush leaf light green to light red. Fruit - medium to large, elongate, rugose, thick husk, well ridged, some types similar to the Ecuadorian Nacional variety. AM 433 to AM 474 Leaves - Flush leaf light green to light red. Fruit - elliptic, small sized, apex afilado or mammiform, slightly rugose or smooth, without ridges, thin husk AM 457 to AM 522 Leaves - Flush leaf light green to light red. Fruit - elliptic to ovate, medium to large sized, slightly rugose, light to intermediate green with a slight blue tone. AM 807 to AM 1063 Fruit - medium to large, elliptic, slight to intermediate basal constriction, apex attenuate to obtuse, slightly rugose, medium green with a thin husk. Seed - dark violet and obovate. AM 926 only carried parthenocarpic fruits.
