Samples were taken from 18 year old trees in the CEPEC collection, Ilheus, Bahia. Environment: No details. Descriptors: The methodology proposed by Engels et al., (1980) [ENG80A] was followed. Character Details: Leaf shape: given by the ratio between leaf length (apex to point of peduncle insertion) and length from the base to the widest point. Values: > 2 = ovoid, ± 2 = elliptic, < 2 = obovoid.
